What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with glaziers, architects, general contractors, and developers.
- Actively manage a portfolio of clients through all sales stages, from prospecting to close.
- Identify new opportunities through industry networking, project tracking tools, and local market research.
- Collaborate across departments [Estimating, Production, and Project Management] to craft tailored solutions.
- Lead impactful conversations, presentations, and site visits that influence decision-makers.
- Track all activity, insights, and progress in CRM to maintain a clear, accurate pipeline.
- Represent Garibaldi Glass in the field at job sites, client offices, and industry events.
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with mid to large-scale projects [$25M+ preferred].
- Understanding of the full construction project lifecycle and the key players involved.
- Degree or diploma in business, construction management, marketing, or related field [preferred].
- Ability to manage multiple deals at varying stages while maintaining strong follow-through and focus on closing.
- Business-savvy and confident navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Technically capable, proficient in MS O365, digital tools, online research, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and high attention to detail.
- Hitting and exceeding your sales targets.
- Building lasting, trust-based client relationships.
- Navigating complex sales cycles with confidence.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure project success.
- Becoming a respected voice in your market.
- Remote/field-based with regular site visits and events.
- Occasional in-office time for team planning.
- Fast-paced, client-driven setting with shifting priorities.
- Regional travel required; some Canada or U.S. travel expected.
- Valid driver’s license, U.S. passport, and reliable transportation required
